All park fees, conservation levies and government-imposed charges are subject to change without notice. Any such increases will be passed on to guests. Shearzone Safaris shall not be held liable for changes imposed by third parties or regulatory authorities.
Road conditions and off-road travel
Travel within national parks may involve uneven, unpaved or poorly maintained roads. Off-road driving may be required in certain circumstances. By participating in such activities, guests acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of discomfort, injury or damage to personal property. Shearzone Safaris accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from such conditions, except where required by applicable law.
Remote locations and wildlife risks
Shearzone Safaris operates in remote wilderness areas where potentially dangerous wildlife is present. Guests acknowledge that participation in safari activities, including game drives, walking safaris and other excursions, involves inherent risks. While all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure safety, Shearzone Safaris shall not be liable for any injury, loss of life, loss or damage arising from such risks, except where caused by proven negligence.
Changes, cancellations and operational safety
Shearzone Safaris reserves the right to amend, alter or cancel any itinerary, activity or accommodation at any time where deemed necessary for operational, environmental or safety reasons. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives. Shearzone Safaris shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from such changes.
